I am hungry, so hungry

You would expect me to say that I am hungry, hungry to train, to perform, to get the black t-shirt at Norseman, etc. But no, these days I am hungry for food. I am constantly hungry for real food, for beef, pork chops, rice, potatoes, good bread and milk. The other night I dreamt about a Norwegian traditional Christmas dinner, and I woke up even more hungry.



 

I take this as a good sign that my training is going in the right direction and that hopefully the cumulative effect of my training will be beneficial. My view on food is keeping it simple and real. I do not take any supplements, vitamins, protein powder or any other remedies. I believe normal healthy food will provide me with all I need.
